1st MOA Negotiation Meeting:
- Successfully conducted the 2nd MOA negotiations with the community last Sep 15.
- Atty. Matt Luspian was the chief spokesperson.
- He discussed objectives and deliverables, set of ground rules and procedures, and the MOA contents in general.
- The contents of the MOA were provided under the NCIP FPIC Guidelines of 2016.
- The Gantt Chart and planned activities of CMDC were presented to the community by its President Engr. Ronnie Siapno.
2nd MOA Negotiation Meeting:
- Successfully conducted the 2nd MOA negotiations with the community last Sep 27.
- Representatives from 10 barangays participated in the MOA meeting, while no spokespersons nor representatives attended from Brgy. Bulalacao and Brgy. Balili.
- Chief spokesperson Atty. Mat Luspian, local Pastors and Crescent carried out a prayer ritual for the success of the MOA negotiations and the project as a whole.
- Activity was ended with a ceremonial toast.
