Geoff Gilmour

Mr. Gilmour brings more than 30 years of distinguished leadership in the junior resources sector with a proven track record of value creation. His career includes senior executive roles as Managing Director of Amex Resources, Brightstar, and Rift Valley Resources and is highlighted by the successful creation of Andean Resources.
Geof has also served as Chairman of IDM, where he played a pivotal role in advancing the Mankayan Project eventually leading the company through a merger with Blackstone Minerals.
Ronnie Siapno
President
A Mining Engineering graduate from Saint Louis University, Ronnie is currently the President of CMDC and Gibbous Holdings, Inc. and Director of Bezant Resources Inc., an AIM listed corporation. Prior to this he was the President of Pacific Falkon (Phils), Inc, and was Mine Manager of Multistone Mining Corporation. He was also an Engineer for Portman Mining (Phils), Inc and Benguet Exploration Thanksgiving Mine. Ronnie is also a lifetime member of the Philippine Society of Mining Engineers.
Joey Nelson Ayson
Treasurer / Director
Joey has over 40 years of experience in the mineral industry from grassroots exploration to project development and management and government liaison. He graduated with a degree in BSc Geology from the University of the Philippines and is currently the President of the Philippine Mining & Exploration Association (PMEA). He is the past President the Geological Society of the Philippines (GSP) and a member of Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy AusIMM); where he is the country representative for the Philippines. He is an Accredited Competent Person for Geology under the Philippine Mineral Reporting Code (PMRC). He is also an accredited Independent Verifier for the Towards Sustainable Mining (TSM) of the Chamber of Mines. He initially worked with the Bureau of Mines under the UNDP Project before joining Pelsart Resources and scorpion Resources in Indonesia and Oxiana Limited in the Philippines.
Roderick R.C. Salazar III

With more than 39 years of experience in law practice, Roderick R.C. “Dicky” Salazar III, is a senior partner of Fortun Narvasa & Salazar, a firm he co-founded in 1993. He specializes in corporate and commercial law, M&A, projects, mining, energy and natural resources law, real estate law and taxation.
Dicky is the Corporate Secretary of the Australia-New Zealand Chamber of Commerce. He is an active member of the Chamber of Mines of the Philippines Executive and Legal Committees and is a Trustee of the PMEA. He is the former President of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Makati City Chapter.
Dicky is consistently on Asia Business Law Journal list of top 100 lawyers in the Philippines Dicky earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1987 from the University of the Philippines College of Law and Master of Laws from San Beda University Graduate School of Law in 2022. He lectures on commercial and corporate law, property law, and environmental law at the UP College of Law and the San Beda College Alabang School of Law.
Oliver Cairns
Director
Mr. Cairns brings key, hands-on experience to the Company’s flagship Mankayan Copper-Gold Project in the Philippines. He was part of the IDM International team that was responsible for the acquisition and management of the Mankayan project prior to the merger with Blackstone in June 2025.
His deep familiarity with the asset, including 4 years of actively working with the in-country team, will be invaluable to the Board. This is complemented by over 25 years of strategic corporate, IR and commercial experience.
